The essentials before your visit

Shower without soap
Required before using the pools. Make-up must be removed to put your head under water.

Booking & Payment
Book directly online on our website in just a few minutes. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the 50% deposit or the full amount is paid by secure card payment, and you immediately receive your confirmation email.

A €250 deposit is required for overnight stays and for groups of 4 or more. It is a simple card pre-authorisation, to be confirmed online before your visit via the link sent by email: no amount is charged. It is released the day after your visit, from 7 pm, after the check-out inspection, and an email confirms it. It may be retained in whole or in part in the event of damage or failure to respect the rules.
Any change of date must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability. Only one change is possible per booking. Amounts already paid (deposit or full payment) are carried over to the new date. No change is possible less than 7 days before.
Any cancellation, whatever the notice given or the reason, does not entitle you to a refund of the amounts paid (deposit or full payment).
Extras can be added up to 48 hours before your visit. After that, we will do our best to meet your request, subject to availability and without guarantee. The package and extras booked cannot be removed or downgraded.
From 7 days before the date of your group booking, it is firm and final. The number of participants stated is the basis for invoicing. No reduction in the number of participants can be applied after confirmation. In the event of a partial cancellation, the full price remains due.
Increasing the number of participants is possible, subject to availability, and must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the session.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. This period is firm, clear and cannot be extended. After this period, the card is considered expired, with no possibility of extension, refund or exchange.

✕ Cannot be used on special days (Valentine’s Day, Christmas, New Year)
! Buyer’s responsibility: please pass this information on to the recipient. The establishment cannot be held responsible for a card that is not used before it expires.
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
No exceptions can be granted. Any attempt at pressure, threats or unjustified insistence may result in the service and communication being suspended, or even in a police report or complaint being filed in the event of abusive behaviour.
For overnight stays and weekend sessions, please book ahead: our weekend nights are often fully booked at least a month in advance. Please plan accordingly.
Your Session
Entry to the property is no earlier than 5 to 10 minutes before your booking time.
✦ Early? Please wait outside, without entering the property, which is also our private home. We use these few minutes to prepare the space and welcome you in the best possible conditions.
✦ The gate opens automatically when you arrive. If in doubt, simply ring. Please never force the gate.
✦ Once inside, drive at walking pace and follow the signs to the car park.
On arrival, please come to reception following the direction of traffic and respecting the private areas of the property (please do not walk in front of the house). Your hosts will show you around and introduce all the facilities so that you can make the most of your session.
You must leave the private area at the time agreed when booking. Any extra time will be charged.
If you arrive late, you will have access to the private area for the remaining time of your booking. We cannot add time, in order to respect our schedule. Your full session will still be charged as planned.
At the end of every session, we carry out a full clean of the space so that the next guests enjoy the same comfort and hygiene as you did on arrival.
Hygiene & Safety
As soon as you arrive in the spa area, please remove your shoes, using the bench provided.
Make-up must be removed before putting your head under water, to preserve the quality of the water.
Before using the pool, the hot tub or the sauna, a shower with clear water and no soap is required to keep the premises clean and preserve water quality and everyone’s hygiene.

✕ No body oils or creams
If your hair is coloured, please protect the facilities (sauna, hammam) with a towel or a swimming cap.
You MUST dry yourself before entering the sauna.
After the sauna or hammam, do not get into the water (pool or hot tub) without showering first.

✕ No rough games or pushing (this is a relaxation area)
✕ No glassware
Respect for the Premises
The spa area and the cottage are entirely non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. Any breach will result in the deposit being retained.
We must be informed of every person who will be present during your session.
Please beware of excessive drinking on our premises! Bringing your own alcohol is not permitted; a selection is available on site.
Do not throw anything on the floor or into the water: paper, objects, glass, litter…
It is strictly forbidden to add any product whatsoever to the water of the hot tub or the pool. This could pollute the water and cause dangerous chemical reactions with the filtration products, resulting in serious burns, injuries or harmful inhalation.
Any damage to equipment or facilities may be charged to you if the rules are not respected. We take great care over the quality and cleanliness of our spa area.
The management cannot be held responsible for any theft on the premises.
We kindly ask our guests to follow the instructions for using the facilities and to take any contraindications into account. In the event of an accident in the private area, you are responsible for your own safety.
Being in business doesn’t mean making exceptions for one guest: it means guaranteeing the same rules for everyone, out of fairness, respect for the setting and smooth running.
